Sarin Tuoch and his wife Kosal live in a traditional khmer house along the Sangker river. They grow many kind of fruits herbs and vegetable around the house. Come a bit earlier and watch (or help) cooking the meal and learn about how its done.
You will visit a original Khmer ancient house next to the Sangker River behind the house. The family can explain you the different kind of herbs and seasonal fruits they have in their garden – and why traditional Khmer houses are cool even in the hot season.
You will pay directly to the hosts (for now). Please make sure you have the exact amount, because they may not be able to change. If you want to give a tip, feel free to do that. The common tip is 1-2 dollar.
